PRIVACY POLICY

Peakhurst Swim School is committed to the protection of customer’s privacy and personal information. Your privacy is protected under the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998. Personal information may only be disclosed in accordance with the exemptions provided under the Act.

We will only use the personal details required on this form for administration purposes related to the facility or service for which it is being completed and when we communicate information to you regarding any of Peakhurst Swim School’s facilities, programs, services or promotions that are deemed appropriate to your interests and needs and which may enhance your use of Peakhurst Swim School. We will not make this information available to any third party unless it is necessary as part of the provision of this product or service. By signing this form you are providing us with consent to use the personal details for such purposes.

MAKE UP LESSON POLICY

-It is your responsibility to organise the make-up class. Please head to the parent portal on the website www.peakhurstswimschool.com.au to organise this at your convenience.

– Only 1 make-up class per calendar month will be offered. Make -up classes cannot be used as credits towards the following billing cycle. All make- up classes will expire by the end of the billing month.


– Make -up lessons can only be redeemed if you are financially active and enrolled in the program. If you have make-up lessons to redeem and have cancelled/stopped your classes you cannot redeem these classes; they expire once you have cancelled your membership.

– To qualify for a make -up class the parent portal needs to be notified prior to the commencement of the class with 2 hours minimum notice, after this time the cancellation will not be registered. Failure to notify will NOT entitle you to a make -up class.

– make -up classes cannot be used as credits towards the following billing cycle. All make- up classes will expire by the end of the billing month

– Missed make up classes or cancelled make – up classes will be forfeited; these cannot be rescheduled.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY


If you request to cancel your Monthly enrolment once payment has been made, Peakhurst Swim School Swim School does NOT give refunds under any circumstances. If you request to cancel your debit after the debit date this cannot be reversed, cancelled or refunded you will have to wait until the following debit cycle.

In some instances where a refund might be considered a $30 administration fee plus any classes attended will be deducted from the refund amount.

Credits are only considered for students who have incurred the following:

Major Illnesses or hospitalisation.

Credits will not be granted for holidays. If you are planning an extended holiday the only way to secure your spot is to pay for the classes. If you do not want to pay for the classes it is best to withdraw from the program and re-enrol once you are back from holidays. However, your spot might NOT be available once you return. 

Medical Credits will only be considered for 2 or more consecutive absences from lessons.

To apply for credit:

You need to provide a Doctors Certificate.

Once your credit has been approved, an email will be sent outlining the amount of credit the swim school is holding.


Please note: In the event of missed or cancelled lessons, refunds will not be granted.
